Tshwane Picnic and Jazz Festival is NOT sponsored by MTN

MTN South Africa would like to put on record that it is NOT the title sponsor for the Tshwane Picnic and Jazz Festival scheduled to take place in Ga Mothakga on 26 December 2006.

Jazz enthusiasts attending the festival must be warned that MTN will not be held liable for any unfortunate occurrences that arise from the festival.

Festival organisers have been approached to remove all mention of MTN from the marketing and promotion material as no contract was signed between MTN and the organisers. Such misleading communication about the festival is not only illegal but also fraudulent.
